Welcome to DressX.me — an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate and personalize digital fashion content, including AI outfit visualization, virtual try-ons, face swaps, and photo background editing (the "Service").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DressX.me, operated by More Dash Inc. ("MoreDash," "we," "us," or "our").
By using DressX.me, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Service.
1. Description of the Service
DressX.me provides AI-based creative tools that allow users to:
- AI Dress Up – generate digital outfits and transform their look using AI;
- Face Swap – replace faces in a template or model photo with their own image;
- Try On – visualize clothing items on their uploaded photo;
- Change Background – modify, replace, or enhance image backgrounds.
All features are designed for personal, non-commercial use and are meant for entertainment, creativity, and personal styling inspiration.
You may use the Service only to generate images of yourself or of individuals who have provided explicit consent.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence to use the Service.
If you are under 18, you may use DressX.me only under the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian.
By using the Service, you represent that:
- you have the legal right to use and upload the photos you submit;
- your uploads and generated content comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
3. Personal and Non-Commercial Use
DressX.me is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- use generated images for advertising, brand promotion, or commercial gain;
- resell, sublicense, or distribute generated outputs;
- use generated images in professional content, social media campaigns, or marketing materials without our written permission;
- use the Service for any business, institutional, or model training purposes.
4. User Content
When you upload photos or other content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your materials.
By uploading, you grant DressX.me a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to process, modify, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or have permission to use the uploaded photo(s);
- your content does not infringe on third-party rights (e.g., privacy, publicity, or intellectual property);
- your content does not include harmful, explicit, or unlawful material.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use DressX.me for any of the following purposes:
- Generating non-consensual, sexualized, or explicit images;
- Generating nudity, pornographic, or adult content;
- Creating harassing, hateful, violent, defamatory, or discriminatory material;
- Using another person's likeness without consent (including celebrities or public figures);
- Uploading images of minors without explicit parental or guardian consent;
- Impersonating others or submitting false identity information;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or retrain our AI models;
- Using outputs to train or improve other AI systems;
- Circumventing technical limitations, accessing systems without authorization, or scraping data;
- Using the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, and legal action if required.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, AI models, algorithms, designs, digital clothing, and other intellectual property accessible through the Service belong to More Dash Inc. or its licensors.
Generated outputs ("AI Output") are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not claim ownership of, sell, or publicly present the AI Output as human-created work.
7. Accuracy of AI Outputs
AI-generated content is based on probabilistic algorithms and may produce inaccurate, distorted, or unrealistic results.
DressX.me does not guarantee the accuracy, identity, or realism of generated images.
You are solely responsible for how you use or share your AI Output.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- DressX.me and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service;
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or error-free functionality;
- We are not responsible for misuse of generated content by users.
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or misused the Service.
Upon termination, your rights to use generated outputs cease immediately.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
Your continued use of DressX.me after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
